Inception is all about feasibility, Clients having one part of the equation;
revenue assumptions, and seeking a perception of the second part;
cost and time. Having this experience CPM International can provide such
information along with the capacity to introduce auxiliary ventures.
Initiation is about the realization of a plan, recognizing stakeholders,
and setting a procurement strategy. Although high level risks are
identified during Inception, the next level would be identified during
Initiation, which management essentially is all about properly handling
such risks.
Implementation is the execution and control of the plan, setting up systems,
assuring collaboration and managing risks are the core components
of this stage.
Closeout, being undermined by many, is an extensive and possibly a lengthy
exercise. In many cases, quality is jeopardized if not well planned,
documented and managed.
